GETTING STARTED

  1. Open Claude Desktop
  2. Start a new Cowork task
  3. When asked which folder to use, select the MHC-G folder you just installed
  4. Claude will detect the configuration and guide the session from there

Your first session takes about two minutes to get started.

For a full walkthrough — first session, tips, troubleshooting — open guide.md inside the MHC-G folder. It’s plain text, readable in any text editor.

WHAT MHC-G DOES

MHC-G installs five behavioural rules into Claude.

Before doing anything consequential — writing a document, editing files, reorganising content — Claude states what it’s about to do and waits for your confirmation. When it reaches a choice that affects the direction or content of your work, it surfaces that choice instead of deciding alone. At the end of each session, it offers to write up what happened and what was decided.

Every session leaves a readable record. You can close and return next week knowing exactly where you were, what you decided, and why.
